Cow, chicken and wine

Planning to stay at home, preparing a lunch indoors  and having a great Apulian wine?  This is the shop, “Macelleria Spalluto” (Via Europa Libera 15, Monopoli).  You will find almost everything but somethings will be a “must” for you.  Try the sausages macerated on wine or with cheese and basil. You will be delighted. And to buy the wine don’t go anywhere else. Ask for “vino rosso Colavecchio, vecchia vigna” (7,50€ three litres). You will feel like drinking Oporto.  Believe me !!!!!
